Conversion From Unstructured LTI Controllers to Observer-Structured Ones for LPV Systems

چکیده
This paper considers the conversion problem from unstructured linear time-invariant (LTI) controllers to observer-structured LTI , whose structure is similar but not exactly same as so-called “Luenberger observer–based controllers,” for parameter-varying (LPV) plant systems. In contrast Luenberger controllers, can be defined and constructed even if systems are given LPV problem, state-space matrices of controller parameterized with those controller, one free matrix, a state transformation matrix. We also show method obtain optimal matrix respect convergence discrepancy between stochastically non-zero initial state. Several toy examples included illustrate effectiveness usefulness utility proposed parametrization.

Interval observer for LPV systems: Application to vehicle lateral dynamics
This paper presents a new method for guaranteed and robust estimation of sideslip angle and lateral tire forces with consideration of cornering stiffness variations resulting from changes in tire/road and driving conditions. An interval LPV observer with both measurable and unmeasurable time-varying parameters is proposed. The longitudinal velocity is treated as the online measured time-varying...
متن کاملObserver-based Controllers for Fractional Diierential Systems
The goal of this paper is to propose observer-based controllers, either in state-space form or in polynomial representation, for fractional diierential systems. As for linear diierential systems of integer order, polynomial representation will allow us to take advantage of the Youla parametrization in order to asymptotically reject some perturbations. This will be illustrated on a worked-out ex...
متن کاملRobust Multiobjective Lti Control Design for Systems with Structured Perturbations
We consider a multiobjective robust controller synthesis problem for an LTI system subject to structured perturbations. Our design speciications include robust stability, robust performance (H 2-norm) bounds and time-domain bounds (output and command input peak). We derive suucient conditions, based on a single quadratic Lyapunov function, for the existence of an LTI controller such that the cl...
متن کاملDesigning MPC controllers by reverse-engineering existing LTI controllers
This technical report presents a method for designing a constrained output-feedback model predictive controller (MPC) that behaves in the same way as an existing baseline stabilising linear time invariant output-feedback controller when constraints are inactive. The baseline controller is cast into an observer-compensator form and an inverse-optimal cost function is used as the basis of the MPC...
متن کاملDesign of Controllers and Observer-Based Controllers for Time-Delay Singularly Perturbed Systems via Composite Control
This paper presents a novel and general approach, which is based on the composite control method, to synthesize the controller and observer-based state feedback to stabilize the singularly perturbed time-delay systems. First, the equivalent models of the original systems and the subsystems reduced via singular perturbation techniques are derived. Through these equivalent models, O(ε) approximat...
